Scope of Work
Services will be executed strictly in accordance with the approved quotation or agreement. Any additional work or modifications will be treated as a separate scope and may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide clear access to the worksite and ensure readiness before service commencement. Any delays due to site inaccessibility or incomplete preparation are not the responsibility of the company.
Material Usage
All materials used will meet quality standards. In case of unavailability, suitable alternatives may be used after client communication without compromising design intent or durability.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are indicative and subject to change depending on project complexity, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty & Limitations
Any warranties provided are limited to workmanship and specified materials. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, external impact, or normal wear and tear over time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation, including material procurement or labor allocation, may be non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Living Dream Spot shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or regulatory restrictions.
